Does my inflatable kayak need to be registered?

In most states you will NOT need to register your Nyce Kayak.  Below is the list of states with canoe and kayak registration requirements.

• Alaska - All paddle-craft are required to register.
• Illinois - All paddle-craft are required to register.
• Ohio - All paddle-craft are required to register.
• Oklahoma - All paddle-craft are required to register.
• Iowa - All paddle-craft are required to register.
• Minnesota - All paddle-craft are required to register.
• Pennsylvania - All paddle-craft using Fish & Boat Commision access points are required to register.

This list will change in the future, so please check with your local state regulations before assuming you do not need to register your kayak within your state.
